This four-day class is designed for the weaver who desires to enhance their basic skills. Emphasis will include choosing a draft and materials, enhancement of technical skills, and recognition and resolution of in-process errors. You’ll have the opportunity to design your own project, investigate different weave structures, and discover some of the endless possibilities of weaving on a 4-harness loom. The instructor will contact all students before class to discuss yarn and pattern options. Shoes must be removed while treadling on the floor looms, so please plan accordingly. Bring lunch and drink. Please NOTE: This class is the sequel to WEAVING 101. While it is not a prerequisite, students MUST be familiar with warping a loom and reading a draft.
