Braided Wool Egg Nest

In this class, Helen Condon and Martha Foley will guide students through the process of making a braided wool egg nest. Students will learn the basic skills of rug making while creating a nest that can be used as a decorative piece in the spring or to hide in a Christmas tree. Each student will receive wool strips, lacing twine, their choice of decorative eggs, and a copy of a short poem that will enhance the nest when given as a gift.
