As the Halloween excitement winds down and children recover from their sugar rush, week seven will welcome the winter season with an adorable bear-themed project! Using natural materials, paper, and plenty of creativity, students will design their own one-of-a-kind winter bears. These charming creations will make the perfect handmade holiday gift for someone special!

About your instructor: Maria is currently a teacher at LaFargeville Central School and has been helping kids discover their creative potential for over 18 years. Maria completed her undergraduate coursework at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, followed by an M.Ed. from SUNY Potsdam.
