Painting Daisies Using an Acrylic Palette Knife

This workshop explores acrylic painting using only one small palette knife, no brushes or additional tools. Working in an impressionistic style, students will be introduced to a looser, more expressive approach to painting while still learning the importance of composition and perspective. Using the palette knife allows students to layer acrylic paint and build rich texture throughout their work, resulting in a dynamic and tactile finished piece. All materials are provided. Students only need to bring a box or flat surface to safely transport their completed 12” x 16” painting home.
